This annual event is for classic sailing dinghy classes built from any construction material - planks, plywood or fibreglass. The emphasis is on classic classes not wooden boats.
Wooden boats of either planks or plywood are very welcome.


 

Cairn Curran is well situated for participants from Victoria, South Australia, NSW and the ACT. It has flat water ideally suited for classic dinghies, a huge range of accommodation from lakeside camping to historic B&B’s, and a lawn area for rigging.

 

Situated in the centre of the Goldfields Area - close to Castlemaine, Maldon, Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and other picturesque historic towns - it’s a great venue for anyone coming along with participants who might not be all that interested in listening to sailors talking endlessly about sailing.
